Event Ticket Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may apply for full / partial cancellation as follows in case of event booking
- >7 Days: Nil
- 7 – 5 Days: 30% of booking / ticket value
- 4 – 3 Days: 50% of booking / ticket value
- 3 – 1 Days: 80% of booking / ticket value
  <24 hours: 100% of booking / ticket value
Discounts shall not apply for cancelled tickets
Bookings / Tickets cannot be transferred to third party
Cancellation notice shall be sent only through website

Transfer of Tickets

Tickets cannot be transferred to third party
Tickets can be transferred to other dates within 90 days from the start date of booked event
Transferred event booking are subjected to availability
Cancelled tickets cannot be transferred
Transfer of event shall imply 30% of booking / ticket value
Discounts shall not apply for transferred tickets
Transfer of dates shall be intimated to us at least 48 hours prior to the event start date
On ticket transfer confirmation you shall receive a coupon code for discount voucher on your registered booking e-mail that shall be valid for 90 days from the booked event start date
Transfer of dates cannot be effected consecutively or extended at any cost
Transfer notice shall be sent only through website

Refund Policy

Refund shall be initiated within 4 – 5 days after the receipt of the refund notice or after the end of the scheduled program whichever is later
Refund shall effect within 15 days after the initiation to the bank account
Any discrepancies in refund shall be communicated to admin@kalariweb.in

Kalari Forest School is a social enterprise mainly dependent on limited participants who book our event. Hence, cancellation of participation means a lot to us apart from missing you.
